Dachstein Salzkammergut offers breathtaking mountain scenery and a variety of winter highlights: 44 km of panoramic ski runs, the longest valley run in Upper Austria, ski touring routes, snowshoe trails for beginners and advanced, children's areas, many off-piste options and cozy après-ski.
On one side, nestled between the UNESCO World Heritage region of Hallstatt-Dachstein/Salzkammergut and Salzburger Land, the multi-award-winning Dachstein West ski region offers fantastic views of the majestic Dachstein. Dachstein West offers 160 km of pure slope fun!
The longest descent in Upper Austria with 9 km and 1500 metres difference in altitude awaits winter sports enthusiasts on the Dachstein Krippenstein in Obertraun. Not only freeriders get their money's worth on the 30 km of off-piste runs, the Dachstein Krippenstein also offers a variety of snowshoe and ski routes, great opportunities for all those who like to travel quietly.
Snow adventures for the whole family and a 360-degree panoramic view are available to winter sports enthusiasts on the Feuerkogel in Ebensee. The tranquillity of the Feuerkogel high plateau also invites you to go ski touring and snowshoe hiking.
