Schmittenhöhe

The Schmittenhöhe ski area is located in Zell am See, in the heart of Salzburger Land. Thanks to its south-facing location, plenty of hours of sunshine are guaranteed during a winter holiday too. Skiers and snowboarders get to enjoy very well-tended pistes, the chance to sunbathe on a terrace in the lodges and mountain restaurants, and a unique view with 360° panorama to the surrounding three-thousand metre mountains and Lake Zell. Along with pistes to suit every need, there are numerous highlights, including a Kids slope, XXL Funslope, Drachenpark, Ski Run and the Trass run, which provide entertainment and fun for all the family. Numerous mountain inns and lodges provide culinary delectation with regional treats. Guests have access to a total of 77 kilometres of pistes via the towns of Schüttdorf, Zell am See and Viehhofen.
